The whole client lifecycle, documented.
Sell, sign, onboard, deliver, report, and have the awkward conversation. Every stage has a document here.
Project Proposal
Executive summary built as four sentences, a cost-of-inaction table, deliverables and exclusions, and three-option pricing.
Web Development Contract
Scope and change control, client delay and dormancy, IP that transfers on final payment, liability cap, and a cancellation fee.
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Two-way, two pages of actual terms, with the four carve-outs intact and a real term length instead of perpetual.
Independent Contractor Agreement
For subcontracting: a classification check, an IP chain that reaches your end client, and a reusable work order.
Monthly Retainer Agreement
Four retainer models compared, capped rollover and overage, service levels, reporting, pause terms, and a quarterly renewal review.
Client Onboarding Pack
Welcome letter, intake questionnaire, access checklist, and kickoff agenda, plus the 30-day check-in script.
SOP Template Kit
A one-page SOP format people actually follow, a worked maintenance-run example, a priority framework, and a register.
Client Communication Scripts
14 scripts for late payment, scope creep, silence, missed deadlines, disagreeing with a client, and endings.
Website Launch Checklist
78 checks sequenced by when they have to happen, from two weeks out through launch day to the first month.
Website Migration Runbook
A URL map built from a crawl, a cutover sequence, and a rollback with its trigger and owner named in advance.
Maintenance and Security Runbook
The monthly update run, a security baseline to audit against, a real restore test, and an incident procedure.
Keyword Research and Content Brief
A research sheet that scores winnability rather than volume, and a brief that names the competitive gap.
SEO Audit Statement of Work
Every check a real audit covers, deliverable definitions, an explicit out-of-scope list, and fee bands by site size.
Three things worth knowing before you use them
Fill the blanks, delete the rest
Every ruled blank needs a number, a name, a date, or a deliberate ‘not applicable’. A shorter document you understand beats a long one you copied.
Read it with the other side
The value is the conversation the document starts, not the paper it produces. A clause nobody objected to is usually a clause nobody read.
Get the legal ones reviewed
The agreements are drafting aids, not legal advice. Terms that are standard in one country are unenforceable in another. An hour of a lawyer’s time costs less than the first week of a dispute.
Questions, answered.
What you can do with these, what they are not, and why they are free.
Something else? Ask us directly.
Why give away your own operating documents?
Because the documents were never the advantage. Judgement about what to put in them is, and that does not transfer in a PDF. Meanwhile a decent contract stops good agencies getting burned, which is worth more to us than keeping ours secret.
Which one should I implement first?
The contract, then the onboarding pack. Scope disputes and slow starts cost more than anything else in the list, and both are fixed by paperwork you can send this week.
Can I rebrand these and send them to clients?
Yes, that is what they are for. Put your logo on them, change the terms to suit how you work, and delete the sections that do not apply. Do not resell them as a product.
Do the retainer terms actually hold up?
The capped rollover and the dormancy clause are the two that earn their place, and both came from getting it wrong first. Have a lawyer check the auto-renewal and notice terms, which are regulated in some places.
What if I only need one section of a template?
Take it. These are meant to be cut apart. A short document your team actually follows beats a complete one nobody opens.
Or have it done instead
The templates are the free half of how we work. If you would rather not run the process yourself, tell us what you are working on and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building, what it depends on, and what we would skip. If the answer is that you do not need us, you will get that too.
Nothing above is gated. The downloads work whether or not you ever contact us.
