Nobody wrote down what the page was for
A page with 5 equal calls to action has none. Until someone names the single action each template owes the business, every design review turns into a taste argument and the loudest opinion wins.
Most web design services sell you a look. We sell you the decisions underneath it: what each page is for, what it has to load in, and how it behaves on a 360px phone in a weak signal. Gatilab has been designing and shipping sites for 850+ clients since 2008, and the pretty part is the byproduct.
You keep the source files, the fonts, and the design system in your own name. Nothing we hand over needs us to stay useful.

Three failures account for almost every redesign we are asked to rescue. None of them are visual problems, which is why restyling never fixes them.
A page with 5 equal calls to action has none. Until someone names the single action each template owes the business, every design review turns into a taste argument and the loudest opinion wins.
Image weight, font loading, and how much moves on scroll are decided at the design stage. Fixing them after the build means undoing the design, which is why the performance ticket sits in the backlog for a year.
Changed URLs, dropped headings, and removed internal links cost traffic that took years to earn. A beautiful site that lost half its organic sessions is a failed project, whatever the case study says.
Six web design services, each scoped and priced on its own. You can book one without buying the rest, and the review often shows you need less than you thought.
Wireframes, prototypes, and the user flows behind them. We settle what each screen is for before anyone argues about colour, which is where most design projects lose their first 3 weeks.
A rebuild around what the site has to do, not a fresh coat of paint on the same structure. Page inventory first, design system second, visuals third. Your URLs, internal links, and headings survive the move.
Designed at 360px and grown upward, because that is where most Indian traffic arrives. Every breakpoint is checked on a real viewport, not scaled down in a design tool and hoped for.
One offer, one action, and a layout that argues for it. Objection handling is written into the page rather than left to a FAQ nobody scrolls to, and tracking is wired in before launch so the page can be judged.
Stores designed backward from the checkout. Product pages that answer the objection the buyer actually has, and a cart flow that stops losing people at the shipping step.
Tokens for colour, type, spacing, and radius, plus components your team reuses. The deliverable is a system your next designer can extend, not 40 disconnected artboards.
Design overruns come from decisions made twice. Every stage below produces an artifact you approve before the next one starts.
We inventory the current pages, name the 1 action each one is responsible for, and agree the performance and accessibility budget in writing. Nothing visual happens in this stage on purpose.
You leave with: a page inventory and the action each template must produce
Wireframes and content hierarchy for every template, reviewed on your real copy rather than lorem ipsum. This is the cheapest stage to change your mind in, so we spend the arguments here.
You leave with: wireframes for every template, plus the copy direction
Tokens, components, and states, applied across templates. Mobile is designed first and checked on a real device before the desktop view is signed off.
You leave with: a component library and every template at 3 real breakpoints
Specs, states, assets, and the reasoning behind each decision. If we are also building it, the same system becomes the front-end. If someone else is, they get enough to do it without calling us.
You leave with: handover files, specs, and the reasoning behind each choice
Design work is delivered remotely and quoted in dollars. Build and development are quoted separately, so you can take the design elsewhere if you want to. Taxes are extra and always shown.
For teams with a working site who want to know what to change before they spend on changing it.
If the review finds the design is not your problem, we say so and point at what is.
For businesses whose site was built years ago, page by page, with no structure underneath.
We will tell you if a rebuild is not warranted and a lighter refresh would do.
For launches, ad campaigns, and offers that need a page built to convert rather than to inform.
One page, or $3,800 with the build and testing included.
Every track opens with a review, because an honest redesign price depends on what is already there. Campaign work is detailed on the landing page design page, app and product interfaces on the UI design page, and the build side on web development services.
A design engagement is worth what it leaves behind, not what it looked like on reveal day.
The test we apply to our own work is blunt. Six months after handover, can your team add a page that still looks like the site, and is the mobile view still the one people actually use? If either answer is no, the design was scoped wrong, however good the reveal looked.
Design is where vague briefs do the most damage. Half of this list is reasons we say no.
Each page below covers what businesses in that market usually need designed, plus the same published pricing. Location changes meeting times and payment methods, not the work.

Our web design services cover 6 things: UI and UX design, full website redesign, responsive and mobile-first design, landing page design, ecommerce and product page design, and design systems with developer handover. Every engagement opens with a page inventory, because what a redesign costs depends on how many templates actually need to exist.
Our published floors are $800 for a design review, $2,000 for a landing page, and $2,800 for a full redesign. Design work is delivered remotely and quoted in dollars, with taxes extra and always printed. The final number depends on template count, how much content strategy is needed, and whether you want the build quoted alongside it.
A design review runs 1 to 2 weeks. A landing page is usually 2 to 3 weeks including copy direction. A full redesign is typically 5 to 8 weeks of design before any build starts. We quote a timeline against your template count rather than a standard number, and we will tell you when a deadline is not achievable instead of agreeing and missing it.
It can, and it is almost always a structure problem rather than a visual one. We inventory every URL, heading, and internal link before the design starts, and the ones that carry traffic are treated as constraints on the new design. If a page has to change URL, the redirect is part of the plan rather than a post-launch discovery.
We write copy direction for every template, which means the argument each section is making and roughly how long it runs. Full copywriting is a separate scope. Designing against lorem ipsum is how layouts end up unable to hold real sentences, so we never do it either way.
Yes, and plenty of clients take that route. Design and build are quoted separately so you can hand the files to your own developer or another agency. Handover includes specs, states, assets, and the reasoning, which is the part most handovers leave out.
Yes. Wireframes, prototypes, component libraries, and tokens all live in Figma, and the file is shared with you from day one rather than revealed at the end. You keep edit access after the project closes.
We work remotely with clients across India and internationally. There are dedicated pages for 12 major metros linked above, plus a wider index covering 106 cities. Location affects meeting times and payment method, not the work.
Gaurav scopes this work and stays involved through handoff. Gatilab manages the proposal, production schedule, delivery and ongoing support.
WEBSITE REDESIGN SERVICES
Most redesigns look better and perform worse. Traffic drops, rankings vanish, conversions tank. We redesign for looks and performance, so your new site loads under 2 seconds and keeps every SEO signal you've built. Every URL change gets a redirect before launch.

THE WORKING PROBLEM
The visible symptom is rarely the whole problem. These are the failure points we look for before recommending tools, tactics, or a rebuild.
WHAT THE SCOPE INCLUDES
A redesign with a paper trail. Every change measured against the old site, so you can prove it worked.
Before → after
HOW THE WORK MOVES
The work follows a clear sequence, so you can see what happens before, during, and after implementation.
BUILT AROUND THE OUTCOME
A redesign that looks better but converts worse or loses rankings is a failure. We redesign sites to be faster, clearer, and higher-converting while protecting the SEO you've earned, so the new site beats the old one where it counts.
DECISION QUESTIONS
These answers cover fit, scope, delivery, and ownership before we discuss a proposal.
A review of your current site's goals, performance, and pain points, then a redesign covering structure, visual design, content, speed, mobile, and SEO. The aim is a site that's clearer, faster, and higher-converting, while keeping the rankings and traffic you already have.
Not when done right, but careless redesigns are a top cause of ranking drops. We preserve URL structure or map 301 redirects, keep and improve content, and crawl the new site to catch issues. Rankings drop when redesigns ignore these steps; We build to protect them.
If your site is slow, dated, hard to update, not mobile-friendly, or not converting, a redesign is worth it. Sometimes targeted fixes are smarter than a full redesign, and we'll tell you honestly which your site actually needs rather than selling the bigger job.
Yes. We rebuild on a clean, modern, mobile-first foundation with performance in mind, so the redesign improves speed and Core Web Vitals rather than adding weight. A slower redesign is a step backward, and we build to avoid that.
Yes. Your content and its SEO value are preserved and improved, not discarded. We carry over what works, refresh what's dated, and keep the structure search engines already trust, so you build on your equity instead of starting from zero.
Typically a few weeks depending on size and how much content and custom work is involved. We scope it after reviewing your current site and goals, and include the testing and redirect steps that protect your traffic through the switch.
YOUR NEXT USEFUL STEP
Get a new site that keeps your SEO, loads faster, and turns more visitors into customers. With the data to prove each one.
Share the current site, the business constraint and the result you need. You will get a written scope before work starts.
Send the current URL, what is underperforming, and the 1 action you most want visitors to take. That is enough for a useful first reply.
From whoever would actually run the work, not a sales desk reading a script.
We go through the site together and name what is costing you, whether or not you hire us.
With the assumptions printed, so you can hold it against any other quote you are weighing.
Would rather talk first? Message us on WhatsApp. And if design turns out not to be your bottleneck, we will say so and point at what is.
