Every template, free and ungated.
Each one is a finished document, not an outline. Download the PDF to print and fill in, or the Word file to edit into your own.
Partnership Agreement
32 articles covering ownership, contributions, decision rights, vesting, deadlock, and the exit, plus schedules you fill in together.
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement
Two-way, two pages of actual terms, with the four carve-outs intact and a real term length instead of perpetual.
Small Business Budget Worksheet
Works backwards from what you need to take home, through fixed and variable costs, to what you actually have to bill.
Web Development Contract
Scope and change control, client delay and dormancy, IP that transfers on final payment, liability cap, and a cancellation fee.
Marketing Audit Worksheet
Seven scored parts covering positioning, demand, channels, conversion, content, measurement, and return on spend.
Analytics Measurement Plan
Works backwards from the decision to the metric to the event, so you only build tracking someone acts on.
Website Launch Checklist
78 checks sequenced by when they have to happen, from two weeks out through launch day to the first month.
Brand Guidelines Starter
A short brand book a small team will follow: logo files, accessible colour pairings, type scale, and voice as rewrites.
Social Media Content Plan
A one-page plan built on a weekly pattern, a format bank, a batch-session agenda, and a minimum viable month.
Three things worth knowing before you use them
Fill the blanks, delete the rest
Every ruled blank needs a number, a name, a date, or a deliberate ‘not applicable’. A shorter document you understand beats a long one you copied.
Read it with the other side
The value is the conversation the document starts, not the paper it produces. A clause nobody objected to is usually a clause nobody read.
Get the legal ones reviewed
The agreements are drafting aids, not legal advice. Terms that are standard in one country are unenforceable in another. An hour of a lawyer’s time costs less than the first week of a dispute.
Questions, answered.
What you can do with these, what they are not, and why they are free.
Something else? Ask us directly.
Are these really free?
Yes. No email, no sign-up, no trial. The download links go straight to the files. We would rather be the people whose templates you used than the people whose gate you abandoned.
Can I use these with my own clients?
Yes. Edit them, rebrand them, put your logo on them, and use them commercially. The only thing we ask is that you do not resell them as your own product.
Are the legal templates actually legal?
They are drafting aids built from common commercial terms, not legal advice, and Gatilab is a WordPress and search agency rather than a law firm. Partnership law, liability, and restrictive covenants vary a lot by country and state. Have a lawyer review the version you intend to sign.
Why is the Word version useful if the PDF looks better?
The PDF is the pixel-accurate artifact and prints properly. The Word file is the one you actually edit. It declares our brand fonts, so Word will substitute if you do not have them installed, but the structure and content come through intact.
What do you get out of this?
Some people who find a template useful eventually hire us, and most do not. That trade works out fine at our end. Nothing here is designed to make you talk to a salesperson.
Or have it done instead
The templates are the free half of how we work. If you would rather not run the process yourself, tell us what you are working on and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building, what it depends on, and what we would skip. If the answer is that you do not need us, you will get that too.
Nothing above is gated. The downloads work whether or not you ever contact us.
