Most SEO retainers bill for activity, not for rankings

We run search work for businesses across 105 Indian cities, and we report against leads and revenue instead of a list of tasks completed. Every engagement opens with an audit you keep, whether or not you go on to hire us.

“We rank for our own brand name and nothing else.”

That is usually a content and internal linking problem, not a technical one. See how the work runs

“Traffic dropped and nobody can tell us why.”

A drop has a date, and the date narrows the cause fast. The audit starts there. See what an audit covers

“We only need to show up in one city.”

Local work is priced separately and starts lower than a national retainer. Compare the three tracks

Three ways in

Pick by how much of the search problem is yours to fix

All three start with the same audit. What changes is how much execution comes after it, and whether the target is one city or the whole country.

One city

You serve one place and want to own it

For clinics, showrooms, studios, and trades whose customers all live within driving distance.

from ₹12,000per month

One city · Google Business Profile included

  • Google Business Profile setup, cleanup, and weekly posts
  • Local landing page for each service you sell
  • Citation and directory consistency across the usual Indian listings
  • Review generation prompts your staff can actually run
  • Monthly call tracking so you can tell which enquiries came from search
Start local SEO

If your city has too little search volume to justify this, we will say so before you pay.

National retainer

You sell everywhere and search is your main channel

For ecommerce, SaaS, publishers, and service businesses competing on non-branded queries.

₹25,000 per month

Nationwide · content and technical together

  • Keyword and intent map built from your actual sales conversations
  • Content briefs and publishing support, not just a spreadsheet
  • Technical fixes implemented, not handed over as a to-do list
  • Internal linking worked as a system rather than page by page
  • Monthly report tying position changes to enquiries, with the misses named
Start a retainer

Three month minimum, because anything shorter measures noise. After that it is month to month.

Audit only

You have a team and need to know what to fix

For in-house marketers and developers who can execute once someone tells them the order.

from $2,000one time

Audit · $3,800 with execution support

  • Crawl, log, and index coverage analysis on the live site
  • Every defect ranked by revenue impact, not by severity score
  • Core Web Vitals traced to the code causing them
  • A walkthrough call with whoever will do the work
  • The document stays yours, including if you take it elsewhere
See the technical audit

If the audit finds nothing worth the fee, we will tell you that rather than pad it.

Local and retainer work is priced in rupees because it is delivered for Indian businesses. Technical audits are quoted in dollars, matching the published rate on the technical SEO page. Taxes are extra and always printed, never buried.

How it runs

Four stages, each ending in something you can hold

SEO is the easiest service in this industry to bill without shipping. Every stage below ends with a named deliverable, so you can check the work rather than trust it.

  1. 01

    Baseline and diagnosis

    Weeks 1 to 2

We crawl the site, pull Search Console history, and find the date anything changed. Most drops trace to a migration, a template change, or a plugin, and the date tells us which.

You leave with: a defect list ordered by revenue impact, and the date your traffic actually turned.

  2. 02

    Fix what blocks indexing

    Weeks 2 to 6

Crawl waste, duplicate paths, broken canonicals, and slow templates get fixed in the code, on staging, then shipped. We implement rather than file a ticket and wait.

You leave with: pages Google can crawl and render, and a before and after crawl to prove it.

  3. 03

Build the pages that earn the query

    Month 2 onward

We map queries to intent, then write or brief the pages that answer them. For local work this is one page per service per city, with detail a template cannot fake.

You leave with: published pages targeting demand you can see in the data, not guesses.

  4. 04

    Report against enquiries

    Monthly

Rankings are a means, not the result. The monthly note ties position and impression changes to the enquiries that arrived, and names what did not work that month.

You leave with: one page you can forward to whoever signs the invoice.

Honest fit

Worth booking, or worth looking elsewhere

SEO is sold on hope more than any other service we offer. Half the list below is reasons we turn work down.

Worth booking

  • People already search for what you sell, even if they do not find you.
  • You can publish or approve pages within a reasonable week.
  • You can give us developer access, or buy the hours from us.
  • You can wait two quarters before judging the outcome.
  • You want to know what did not work, not only what did.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under ₹12,000 a month. Below that we cannot staff the work honestly, and a cheap retainer is worse than none.
  • You want guaranteed rankings by a date. Nobody controls the ranking, and anyone promising one is either guessing or buying links.
  • You want links bought, exchanged, or placed on a private network. We do not do it, and it is the fastest way to lose what you have.
  • You need enquiries this month. Search is the wrong channel for that. Paid ads will answer faster, and we will point you there.
  • Nobody on your side owns the website. Without one person who can approve changes, the work stalls and you pay for the waiting.
City index

SEO coverage across 105 Indian cities

Each city has its own page with local competitors, search demand, and what the work looks like there. Filter to find yours.

Not seeing your city? We work beyond the places with a page written for them. Ask and we will tell you whether the demand there justifies the spend.

Before you ask

The questions that decide it

Something not covered? Ask directly and you will get a straight answer, not a calendar link.

Ask a question
How long before we see anything?

Technical fixes can move impressions within weeks. New content competing for a contested query usually takes two to four months to settle, and longer in finance, health, and law. If a site has a penalty or a migration problem, the first months are recovery rather than growth, and we say which one you are in before you sign.

Do you guarantee a number one ranking?

No. Nobody can, because nobody controls the ranking. What we commit to is the work, the reporting, and telling you when something is not working. An agency that guarantees position one is either counting a query nobody searches or buying links that will cost you later.

Why is local cheaper than the national retainer?

Because the surface is smaller. One city means one Google Business Profile, a handful of service pages, and a competitive set you can count. A national retainer at ₹25,000 covers content production and technical implementation across a whole catalogue, which is simply more hours.

Do we have to move our hosting or website to you?

No. You keep your hosting, your domain, and your accounts, in your own name. We work inside what you have. If the hosting is genuinely the bottleneck we will show you the numbers, but that is a recommendation, not a condition of working together.

What happens if we stop?

The pages, the fixes, and the documents stay yours. There is no clause that removes work when you leave, and nothing is hosted on our accounts. Rankings will drift over time as competitors keep publishing, but you leave with the asset rather than a rental.

Our city is not in the list. Can you still help?

Usually yes. The city index below covers the places with a page written for them, not the limit of where we work. Tell us where you are and what you sell, and we will say plainly whether the search demand there justifies the spend.

Next step

Tell us which query you should be winning

Send your site, the city or market you care about, and the search you think you should own and do not. You will get a straight read on whether it is winnable, what is in the way, and roughly what it costs.
