Google Ads Management

Your Google Ads budget is buying clicks, not customers

We rebuild Google Ads accounts around the searches that actually convert, then manage them against revenue instead of clicks. Every engagement starts with a paid audit, so you see what’s broken before you commit to a retainer.

Replies within one business day, IST. You pay Google directly, we never bill media through us.

How it runs

What you receive, week by week

Every stage ends in something you can hold, read, or hand to someone else. Nothing here is an internal phase you pay for and never see.

  1. 01

    Audit and access

    Days 1 to 10

We take read access to Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console, then map where the budget actually goes against what actually converts.

You leave with: A wasted-spend report and a 30-day plan in plain language.

  2. 02

    Tracking before spend

    Days 11 to 18

Conversion tracking, GA4 events, and offline conversion import get verified before we touch a single bid. Most accounts we inherit are measuring the wrong thing, usually form views instead of qualified leads.

You leave with: Conversion tracking you can audit yourself, documented.

  3. 03

    Rebuild and launch

    Days 19 to 30

Campaigns get restructured around search intent, with negative keyword lists built from your own search term history and a landing page brief wherever the page is the bottleneck.

You leave with: A live restructured account and a written change log.

  4. 04

    Manage against revenue

    Ongoing

Weekly search term review, bid and budget shifts, and creative tests. Reporting shows cost per qualified lead and revenue contribution, never impressions or click-through rate alone.

You leave with: A monthly report you can read in five minutes, plus one call.

Honest fit

Worth booking, or worth looking elsewhere

We’d rather lose the enquiry now than three months in. Two of these are reasons we turn work down every month.

Worth booking

  • You’re spending ₹50,000 a month or more on ads, or you’re ready to.
  • You can tell us what one qualified lead is worth to the business.
  • Someone on your side can answer a question inside a week.
  • Your site can actually take a conversion: a form, a call, or a checkout.
  • You want to own the ad account and the data, not rent it.

Look elsewhere

  • Your ad budget is under ₹50,000 a month. Management fees would eat the result. Build organic search first and come back.
  • You want guaranteed leads or a fixed cost per lead. Auction pricing moves, and nobody can honestly promise that.
  • Your website needs fixing before ads can work. That’s a separate project, and we’ll say so in the audit.
  • You can’t give admin access to the Google Ads account. We won’t manage what we can’t see.
  • You need daily calls. We work weekly cycles with one monthly deep dive.
Before you ask

The questions that decide it

Something not covered? Ask directly and you’ll get a straight answer, not a calendar link.

What does this actually cost in total, including ad spend?

Management fee, plus 18% GST on the fee, plus your media budget. At the ₹45,000 tier with a ₹1,00,000 media budget you’d plan for ₹1,53,100 a month: ₹45,000 fee, ₹8,100 GST, and ₹1,00,000 straight to Google. We never bill media through us, so you pay Google directly on your own card and see every rupee of it.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?

A percentage pays us more when you spend more, whether or not the spending works. A flat fee means the only reason to argue for a bigger budget is that the numbers justify it. It also means you can forecast our cost, which a percentage never lets you do.

How long before we see results?

Tracking is verified inside 18 days and the rebuilt account is live by day 30. Meaningful movement in cost per qualified lead usually shows between weeks 6 and 10, once there’s enough conversion data to optimize against. Anyone promising week one is guessing.

Do we own the Google Ads account?

Yes. We work inside your account with manager access, never the other way round. If we part ways you keep the account, the full history, the conversion data, and every creative asset. We’ll never ask you to advertise from an agency-owned account, because that turns your own performance history into someone else’s leverage.

Is there a lock-in?

Three months minimum, because month one is setup and month two is data collection. Judging the work on 30 days isn’t fair to either of us. After the third month it runs monthly, and you can stop with 30 days’ notice.

Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house team?

On the audit, yes, and it’s often useful. For ongoing management we need to be the only ones changing campaigns. When two parties edit the same account nobody can tell which change caused which result, and you end up paying both of us to argue about it.

THE WORKING PROBLEM

Your Google Ads account is probably wasting 30% of its budget

The visible symptom is rarely the whole problem. These are the failure points we look for before recommending tools, tactics, or a rebuild.

No negative keywords
Broad match runs wild and you pay for clicks from people who'll never buy. The fix is a real negative list, not hope.
Low quality score
Poor ad relevance and a landing-page mismatch push your cost per click up 2 to 3x for the same position.
Fake conversions
Your tracking counts thank-you-page views as leads, so every optimization decision runs on wrong data.
Wrong landing pages
Ads point at the homepage instead of an intent-matched landing page , so clicks bounce before they convert.
Set-and-forget bidding
Smart Bidding left untouched for months drifts toward cheap, low-intent traffic. It needs steering.
No search-term review
Nobody reads the search-term report, so the same wasted queries bill you week after week.

WHAT THE SCOPE INCLUDES

What you get

Campaigns mapped to intent, tracking that tells the truth, and reports tied to revenue instead of clicks.

What changes after

  • Keyword research with intent mapping and a bid strategy
  • Negative keyword lists, 500+ terms, to block wasted spend
  • Conversion tracking set up properly in GA4 and GTM via analytics work
  • Ad copy with extensions, sitelinks, and callouts
  • Bi-weekly bid adjustments and budget reallocation
  • Quality score monitoring with landing page recommendations
  • Weekly search-term analysis and negative-keyword expansion
  • Monthly ROAS report with cost-per-acquisition broken out

HOW THE WORK MOVES

How we work

The work follows a clear sequence, so you can see what happens before, during, and after implementation.

  • 01 Audit we review your account, search terms, quality scores, and conversion setup. Most accounts we see have $500+ a month in pure waste.
  • 02 Strategy we build keyword groups by intent, set bid strategies, write ad copy, and map each ad group to the right landing page .
  • 03 Launch we configure campaigns, set up conversion tracking properly, add 500+ negative keywords, and go live on controlled budgets.
  • 04 Optimize we read search terms weekly, adjust bids bi-weekly, test ad variations monthly, and report with real revenue numbers.

BUILT AROUND THE OUTCOME

Most Google Ads accounts leak money on bad keywords, weak landing pages, and untracked conversions. We build and manage campaigns around profit per click, so every rupee is aimed at a lead or a sale you can measure.

Intent-matched campaigns
Search, Performance Max, and remarketing structured around buying intent, with tight negative keyword lists so you stop paying for junk clicks.
Conversion tracking first
Proper conversion and value tracking before a rupee is spent, so bidding optimizes toward revenue, not vanity clicks.
Landing page and testing
Ad-to-page message match and ongoing A/B tests, because the best campaign still fails on a weak landing page.

DECISION QUESTIONS

These answers cover fit, scope, delivery, and ownership before we discuss a proposal.

What does Google Ads management include?

It includes account structure, keyword and audience research, ad copy and creative, conversion tracking setup, bid and budget management, negative keyword lists, landing-page guidance, and ongoing optimization with clear reporting. The aim is profitable conversions, not just traffic.

How much should I budget for Google Ads?

Enough to gather conversion data in your niche, which varies by cost-per-click. We recommend a budget based on your target cost per lead and margins, start controlled, prove what converts, then scale the winners. Overspending on an unproven account just buys expensive lessons.

Do you set up conversion tracking?

Always, before spending. Without accurate conversion and value tracking, Google's bidding optimizes blind. We set up conversions, offline import where relevant, and consent-compliant tracking so the account learns from real outcomes.

How is this different from SEO?

Google Ads buys visibility instantly and you pay per click; SEO earns it over time and compounds. Ads are ideal for immediate leads, testing offers, and seasonal pushes. Most businesses do both, ads for now, SEO for durable, cheaper traffic later.

When will I see results from Google Ads?

Traffic starts on day one. Meaningful optimization needs a few weeks of conversion data for the algorithm and us to cut losers and scale winners. Expect the first month to be learning and tightening, then steadier performance.

Do you manage Performance Max and Shopping?

Yes. For e-commerce we run Shopping and Performance Max with proper feed and conversion-value setup, plus guardrails so PMax doesn't quietly spend on brand or junk placements. Feed quality and tracking decide whether these campaigns win.
