Content Writing Company

Cheap content is the most expensive thing you can publish

We write for Indian businesses that need pages to actually rank and convert, not to fill a calendar. Every piece is written by someone who understands the subject, then edited against the search it is meant to win.

Replies within one business day. You get a sample piece before committing to a monthly engagement.

“We publish regularly and nothing ranks.”

That is usually a targeting problem, not a writing one. See how we choose topics

“Our last writer needed rewriting every time.”

Subject knowledge costs more upfront and less overall. See pricing

“We need volume without losing quality.”

Monthly engagements are priced for that, per-article work is not. Compare the tracks

“We want AI-written content at scale.”

We do not do that, and the reasoning is on this page. See when to look elsewhere

Three ways in

Pick by whether you need pieces or a publishing engine

Per-article work suits occasional needs. Anything sustained is cheaper monthly, because the research compounds instead of restarting.

Per article

You need specific pieces written well

For teams with a clear list of pages who do not need an ongoing arrangement.

₹5,000 per article, from

Long-form · researched and edited

  • Written by someone who understands the subject
  • Search intent checked before writing, not after
  • Original examples and real detail, not paraphrased competitors
  • Two revision rounds included
  • Publishing-ready formatting and internal link suggestions
Commission an article

If a topic will not rank no matter how well it is written, we will say so before writing it.

Full programme

Content, SEO, and distribution as one thing

For teams where publishing has to connect to search, email, and sales rather than sit alone.

₹50,000 per month, from

Scoped per programme

  • Content planned alongside the SEO and paid work
  • Distribution built in rather than hoped for
  • Sales enablement pieces, not only top-of-funnel articles
  • Quarterly review of what to retire, refresh, or expand
  • Named editor who knows your business
See content marketing

If your traffic is too low for distribution to matter yet, we will start you smaller.

Writing is priced in rupees, matching the published rates on the blog writing and content marketing pages. Taxes are extra and always printed.

How it runs

Four stages, each ending in something you can hold

Content is easy to produce and hard to justify. Every stage below produces something you can judge before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Decide what is worth writing

    Week 1

Topics come from search demand crossed with what your sales conversations already prove people ask. Publishing what nobody searches is the most common waste in this field.

You leave with: a topic plan with the reasoning for each piece.

  2. 02

    Brief before drafting

    Per piece

Every piece gets a brief naming the search it targets, the reader, the angle, and what it must include to beat what already ranks.

You leave with: a brief you can approve or redirect before anyone writes.

  3. 03

    Write and edit

    Per piece

Written by someone who understands the subject, then edited against the brief. Two revision rounds are included and named, so the work can finish.

You leave with: a publishing-ready draft with formatting and link suggestions.

  4. 04

    Measure and refresh

    Monthly

Published pieces get tracked, and the ones close to ranking get updated rather than abandoned in favour of new ones. Refreshing usually beats publishing more.

You leave with: a monthly note on what each piece earned and what to update.

Honest fit

Worth booking, or worth looking elsewhere

Content writing is where the price range is widest and the quality gap largest. Half this list is reasons we say no.

Worth booking

  • You want pages that rank and convert, not a publishing quota.
  • You can give a writer access to someone who knows the subject.
  • You can approve briefs within a reasonable week.
  • You would rather publish four good pieces than twelve thin ones.
  • You want existing pages improved, not just new ones added.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under ₹5,000 per article. At that rate nobody researches, and you will pay again to fix it.
  • You want AI-generated content at volume. We do not offer it. There are cheaper providers and you do not need us for that.
  • You want keyword density targets hit. That has not been how ranking works for years and we will argue with you about it.
  • You need fifty articles this month. Volume at that speed means nobody is checking anything.
  • Nobody on your side can answer subject questions. Without that the writing stays generic no matter who writes it.
Coverage

Content writing for Indian businesses

Writing is delivered remotely for clients anywhere in India. The page below covers the detail.

Rest of India

Writing is delivered remotely, so location is rarely a constraint. Tell us the audience and the language.

Before you ask

The questions that decide it

Something not covered? Ask directly and you will get a straight answer, not a calendar link.

Do you use AI to write?

Not for the writing. Research and outlining sometimes use it as a tool, the same way a writer uses search. The draft, the judgement, and the examples come from a person, because that is the part that makes a page worth ranking.

What does Rs 5,000 per article actually get?

A researched, long-form piece with a brief agreed beforehand, two revision rounds, and publishing-ready formatting. It is a floor rather than a flat rate, because a technical piece needing subject interviews costs more than a straightforward one.

Can you write in Hindi as well as English?

Yes. Bilingual work is common for Indian businesses and often outperforms English alone in smaller cities. Tell us the audience and we will recommend which language earns more.

Who owns the content?

You do, on delivery. There is no license, no attribution requirement, and nothing is withdrawn if you stop working with us.

Will you publish it for us?

On monthly engagements, yes, including formatting, internal links, and images. On per-article work we hand over a publishing-ready draft and you place it.

How do you decide what to write about?

Search demand crossed with the questions your sales conversations already prove people ask. If a topic has no search volume and no sales relevance, we will tell you rather than write it.

Next step

Tell us what you need written

Send the topics you have in mind or the pages that are not performing, and who the reader is. You will get a straight read on what is worth writing, what is worth refreshing, and what will not rank whoever writes it.

Replies within one business day. Sample pieces are agreed before any monthly commitment.
