Web Development Company

Most site rebuilds fail on the parts nobody quoted for

We build and repair sites for businesses in 106 Indian cities, and we quote the migration, the redirects, and the edge cases rather than discovering them halfway. What we cannot scope honestly, we say so before you commit.

Replies within one business day. You keep the code, the hosting, and the accounts in your own name.

“Our site is slow and we do not know why.”

Slowness has a cause you can measure, usually in the theme or the database. See how we diagnose it

“We need to sell online and have outgrown the current setup.”

Ecommerce is scoped separately because payments and stock change everything. See ecommerce pricing

“Our developer disappeared mid-project.”

We take over unfinished builds, but the audit comes first and it is honest. Start with a scoping sprint

Three ways in

Pick by how much of the build is genuinely unknown

All three start with a scoping pass, because the honest answer to what a build costs depends on what is already there.

Scoping

You need a real number before you commit

For teams inheriting a site, taking over a stalled project, or deciding between repair and rebuild.

$900 one time, from

Scoping sprint · credited against a build

  • Code, plugin, and database audit on the live site
  • Performance traced to the query or asset causing it
  • Migration and redirect risks named before they bite
  • A build estimate with the assumptions written down
  • The document is yours, including if you build elsewhere
Book a scoping sprint

The fee comes off the build price if you go ahead with us.

Ecommerce

You are selling online and the stakes are higher

For stores where downtime, checkout friction, or stock errors cost money the same day.

$8,500 from

Store build · payments and stock included

  • Checkout built and tested against real Indian payment methods
  • Stock, variants, and tax handled before launch, not after
  • Load tested at the traffic you actually expect
  • Analytics and abandoned cart tracking wired in
  • A launch runbook, because launch day is when stores break
See ecommerce development

If your volume does not justify a custom store yet, we will point you at a platform instead.

Development delivered remotely is quoted in dollars, matching the published rates on the ecommerce and API integration pages. Hosting is never resold, so leaving us never means moving your site. Taxes are extra and always printed.

How it runs

Four stages, each ending in something you can hold

Most build overruns come from work nobody scoped. Every stage below produces an artefact you can check before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Audit and scope

    Weeks 1 to 2

We read the existing code, the database, and the hosting before quoting. Half the risk in any rebuild is in the parts that are invisible from the front end.

You leave with: a scope with assumptions and risks named, not buried.

  2. 02

    Build on staging

    Weeks 2 to 8

Everything is built and reviewed on a staging environment your team can reach. You see progress weekly rather than a reveal at the end.

You leave with: a staging URL you can click through as it grows.

  3. 03

    Migrate without losing rankings

    Launch week

Redirects are mapped from the old URLs, tested, and shipped with the launch. This is the stage most agencies skip and most traffic drops trace back to.

You leave with: a redirect map and a before and after crawl.

  4. 04

    Handover and watch

    Two weeks after launch

We monitor errors, crawl stats, and performance after launch, because problems surface under real traffic rather than in testing.

You leave with: documentation, access in your name, and a post-launch report.

Honest fit

Worth booking, or worth looking elsewhere

Development is where vague quotes do the most damage. Half of this list is reasons we say no.

Worth booking

  • Your site earns money or generates the leads that do.
  • You can name one person who approves technical decisions.
  • You want the migration and redirects quoted, not discovered.
  • You would rather hear a scope is uncertain than get a confident wrong number.
  • You want to keep owning your hosting, code, and accounts.

Look elsewhere

  • Your budget is under $900. Below that we cannot audit the site honestly, and a build quoted without an audit is a guess.
  • You want a fixed price before anyone has read the code. Anyone who gives you one is pricing in the risk and you are paying for it.
  • You need it live in two weeks. Migrations compress badly and rankings pay the bill.
  • You want us to host it. We deliberately do not resell hosting, so leaving never means moving.
  • You want the cheapest possible build. That is a real option and there are people who do it, but it is not what we are for.
City index

Web development across 106 Indian cities

Each city has its own page covering what businesses there typically need and how the work runs. Filter to find yours.

Development is delivered remotely, so the index shows where we have written a local page rather than where we can work.

Before you ask

The questions that decide it

Something not covered? Ask directly and you will get a straight answer, not a calendar link.

Will a rebuild hurt our search rankings?

It can, and that is usually down to redirects rather than design. We map every old URL to its new home, test the map before launch, and run a crawl before and after so any drop is visible immediately rather than in next quarter report.

Do you host the site?

No, deliberately. You keep hosting in your own name, which means leaving us never means moving your site. If the hosting is genuinely the bottleneck we will show you the numbers, but it stays your account.

What if the project is bigger than the estimate?

The scope names its assumptions in writing. When something falls outside them we tell you before doing the work, with what it costs, rather than presenting it at the end as an overrun.

Can you take over a half-finished project?

Often yes, and the scoping sprint exists for exactly that. Sometimes the honest answer is that restarting is cheaper than untangling, and we will show you the reasoning rather than just asserting it.

WordPress or something else?

Usually WordPress, because your team can maintain it and hiring for it is easy. If your requirements genuinely point elsewhere we will say so, but most sites that need something exotic turn out not to.

Our city is not listed. Do you still work there?

Usually yes. Development is delivered remotely regardless of city, and the index below shows where we have written a local page rather than where we work.

Next step

Tell us what is already built

Send the URL, what it runs on if you know, and the thing it cannot currently do. You will get a straight read on whether it is a repair, a rebuild, or something you should not spend money on yet.

Replies within one business day. Scoping sprints start within a week.
